- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called and made an appointment for a second look. I was 45 mins early but had 4 kids with me. It was suggested that i could leave with the kids and look around and i would be called and they would do the taxes with me on the phone so the kids werent in their office. They never called. I returned 45 mins after my appointment and they hadnt even started. The manager was very rude and told that they are busy "cause its tax season". I ended up leaving without having them look at anything because the manager didnt want to sit for an hour with someone who was angry.
