- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2 reviews 1.0 star rating 4/14/2017 Not upfront with you at all. After we committed, surprise after surprise, delay after delay, all in the name of "we're changing our loan programs". The managers heading up the mortgage department must have used car sales backgrounds. After wasting over $35,000 in fees and surprise interest rates all within 18 months I finally had to take this mortgage and refinance somewhere else with much more favorable and honest terms.
