  The absolute worst. Had a collection sent to them that was supposed to be covered by insurance which eventually was paid by insurance. Was nothing but nice to the woman who continuously called me but she was always cold, short and rude to me. She claims it wasn't paid but it was even removed from my credit report after a Transunion investigation. Their "itemized bills" are made of nothing but a bunch of mashed together codes. I couldn't make any sense of it. I'm sure it's a hard job as most of the people they're trying to contact are upset but you'd think they would appreciate the few that attempt to work with them and are nice about it.

  I've been on hold for 44 minutes and 35... 36 seconds now. I've called 4 times and have gotten no one to answer the phone. It's been piano music forever now. Horrible... Zero stars

  I have tried working with them on a resolution, however each time they call with the same information and have done no research to assist me as discussed in previous conversations. I am at a loss and am unsure as to where to go from here.
