  worked with Ray, had me listed as a felon ( I am not) until I corrected him. told me and my wife we owed 1000 and couldn't explain why. not impressed with this location.

  They were so nice when we went in. Plus they found a lot of money that we missed over the past 2 years. I really enjoyed my experience and I will always use them.

  I called and made an appointment for a second look. I was 45 mins early but had 4 kids with me. It was suggested that i could leave with the kids and look around and i would be called and they would do the taxes with me on the phone so the kids werent in their office. They never called. I returned 45 mins after my appointment and they hadnt even started. The manager was very rude and told that they are busy "cause its tax season". I ended up leaving without having them look at anything because the manager didnt want to sit for an hour with someone who was angry. An hour and a half completely wasted.

  H&R sucks. You pay a lot and you do all the leg work... You are better off doing online.
