  The WORST Customer Service!! I just read through the reviews and I have to be honest I am shocked at all the glowing reviews. I have been a customer for almost 5 years with a home owners policy. Things started out great with an agent who used to be there (Karen) but there has been extreme turn over in people over the last 4 yrs. The rate was fine and I let the policy renew every year and put it out of mind. I am not a high maintenance insured but I did not receive 1 phone call from them in over 3 years... I could have benefitted from some communication. Last year I had a house claim and again Mike couldn't be bothered to call me (after leaving messages) and I had to deal directly with United Insurance who wrote the policy. Now my policy rates went up and guess who I haven't head from...Mike. If you were to ask me I believe the Mike Cox's Ins Agency is waste of time and provides zero customer service- something which you are paying them for. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  We have been with Cox insurance for many years. I wish that I could say we were simply there out of loyalty, but we price around almost every time our insurance comes up for renewal. They have extremely competitive prices, and have beat other companies by hundreds of dollars regularly. We have been VERY happy with their service, they really are great agents. The super pricing is simply a great bonus. Would recommend them highly.
